Yes, today I'm 39, I have mixed feelings about whether that is a good thing or bad thing but I will say that I do feel the healthiest I have ever felt. It's been almost 2 1/2 years since I quit smoking and I honestly think I'm in the best shape of my life. Now don't get crazy, I still have a long way to go but even in high school when I was playing basketball, I ate horrible and was a smoker and I'm pretty sure couldn't run as far as I could now.
When I sit back and evaluate the past 39 years of my life, I must admit that I'm in a great place!
I have a GREAT husband, more like FANTASTIC, actually words can't define him. I'm a lucky woman because he is supportive of every crazy idea I have and he is my bestfriend. He puts up with me when I'm being a PITA, which is most of the time :>)
I have a GREAT family, I would love to see them more but they fully support the life I live!
I have GREAT friends. My "circle of trust" is VERY small and I would go the ends of the earth for those few people!
