Getting closer...

So here are some of the latest photos.  We are getting closer, have I said that before??  I think they still need at least another week, so we will see of our close date changes or not.  I'm very glad that we scheduled our move for the end of the month, so we wouldn't have to be moving that around.

Right now it's just a waiting game, there is so much to do but nothing we can do until after we close.

Move Date Set

Many, many things are happening.  We have scheduled our move date - May 23-24, now all we need is to have a settlement date.....we are hoping to close May 6, 7 or 8, keep your fingers crossed.

Looks like move in will be in May

It looks like our move in will be in May, but the actual date is still undecided, it could be as soon as May 6th or as late as May 23rd.  All part of waiting for work to finish.  The volume of work has definitely picked up in the past couple of weeks and there are lots of people in the house.

More progress

Lots of work being done this week, getting down to crunch time.  We are still on target for the end of April but I can't imagine they are going to get all the work done, so I'm leaning more towards May for completion. I would love for them to stay on target for the end of April as we have a few things that need to be done before we move.  Our rental lease is up in May and we have the option to extend it to June if needed, but we would prefer not to do that.  Since triathlon season is right around the corner and we will be heading back to Maryland for a few days for a wedding and then Rob heading back to Maryland in July for work, life is getting a bit hectic.
