Cabinets are being installed

I forgot to post pictures last week but I'm sure ya'll are just as anxious as we are to move because then you don't have to see all these pictures every week!  But then I have a feeling that I'll probably not update this post that often.

Anyway, here are the latest photos of the cabinets being installed. 

This is the cabinet being installed in the mudroom for coats and shoes.

This is some of the kitchen cabinets, where the stove and double oven will be.

They haven't made much progress on the outside stone this week but a large pile of stone was delivered over the weekend so I'm assuming that will get started again this week.

Drywall and stone

What a week they have had.  We were totally shocked with all the work that got done this week, that is what happens when you can have people working inside and outside on separate projects.

The pre drywall meeting went well, only a couple minor issues.  The drywall is at about 90% completed and the stone is about 50% completed.  We are still on target for end of April and the house will probably be locked down in the next week or so.  

We are getting so excited about finally moving into our dream home.

Pre Drywall Meeting

Monday we have our pre-drywall meeting.  We went to see the house this weekend to take pictures and do a pre pre drywall meeting.  

The stucco is done and looks great so far with the roof and trim.  Can't wait to see it with the stone.

We also love the detailing the did around the edges and the columns, really make it look sharp.

This is 1 of 4-5 piles of drywall - 12 ft long dry wall - thats a lot of drywall.

Here is a picture of the utility room with the blown insulation.

We will get an update on the estimated completion date and really hope that we can swing for mid April but there is a lot left to do in a month so we will see.
