Starting the stucco.

Here are a couple of pictures of the stucco starting.  It will eventually be painted tan / brown.

They are planning to start installing drywall in 2 weeks.

Roof almost done, getting ready for stucco and stone

Here are some of the latest photos of the house.  They made some good progress, electric is almost done, the roof is almost done and they are preparing the outside for the stucco and stone.

We are still on track for Mid April, so can't wait to move and no longer live out of boxes.

Picture of the ceiling on the back porch.  It will be stained a darker color.  The front porch will have the same ceiling.

More house pics

The next few weeks aren't going to be fun pictures for most to see, although we are loving seeing everything come together.  We continue to have wonderful weather for the construction guys to make great progress.

Hot water heater and HVAC unit in the attic.  There is another identical setup above the master bedroom closet.  This will be a nice way to distribute the hot water and heat/air.

Front doors!!!!  So excited about these doors, they are solid metal - heave suckers.  The glass is not in yet but it will be a clear glass.

They have painted the soffit's and installed the decorative roof pieces.

Hard to see him but a pretty big grasshoper in the yard.
